More than 600 young professionals, clergy, religious, and Catholic executives from 35 U.S. states and 5 countries came together in Frisco, TX for the 2025 Young Catholic Professionals National Conference, themed “Verso L’Alto: Ascend with Hope.” Inspired by Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, the event called attendees to strive for holiness and lead with hope in everyday life.
The weekend opened with a leadership summit for 100+ YCP chapter leaders and a pre-conference business workshop led by author Barry Rowan. Attendees then gathered for Mass, spiritual reflections, and a keynote from Dale Carnegie CEO Joe Hart on taking command through faith.
Saturday featured a powerful lineup: a keynote by Sr. Mary Faustina, rosary, adoration, and mentoring sessions with over 80 Catholic professionals offering real-world guidance. That evening, nearly 200 singles joined a faith-based speed-dating event, and new to the conference this year was a Meet the Religious Happy Hour where attendees could meet with religious from various orders. These events were followed by a celebratory Gala emceed by Liv Harrison. The night included a live performance from Bernadette, The Musical, ahead of its 2026 U.S. tour.
On Sunday, speaker Justin Fatica energized the crowd with a call to purposeful action. Bishop Edward J. Burns closed the conference with Mass and a message of healing and hope.
“ My biggest takeaway from this awesome, action-packed weekend was to surrender. There was definitely a theme of surrender throughout all of the talks. When we surrender, we hope in Christ. And we can surrender everything - our relationships, our family, and our careers most especially." - 2025 YCP Conference Attendee
With 600+ attendees, 80+ mentors, and over 25 priests and religious present, the 2025 YCP Conference was a vibrant witness to a generation of Catholic professionals striving toward the heights of holiness—together.
